Add Criteria
Overview:
This feature allows administrative user to add new content indexing criteria.
Add New
Selecting Add New option available on top right of content indexing criteria listing grid opens New Content Indexing Criteria interface.
Criteria Title
Enter the criteria title or name you want to define.
Criteria Description
Enter the criteria description.
Use Text Editor feature to apply require formatting to criteria description text.
Criteria Type
Select the criteria type based on the requirement.
Criteria type can be String, Date, Numeric, Single or Multi Selection List.
Is Active
Check or uncheck check box to set this criteria as an active or inactive.
Save & Cancel
Click Save button to save the criteria record.
Click Cancel button to cancel the adding a new criteria record.
