Overview:
This feature allows administrative user to create new course affiliation for marketing and tracking the learner traffic.
Selecting Add New option available on Affiliation listing grid opens Add Affiliation interface:
Data fields marked with (*) are required fields.

Select the affiliation you want to associate with the course.

Add New
|
|
Add New is a quick option to add a new affiliation record.
The newly created affiliation record will be available in Affiliation drop down list to select once saved successfully.

Course Code
|
|
Enter or select the course code to which you want to associate/ link selected affiliation.

URL Code
|

Enter the URL code for the affiliation.

System generates the affiliation URL based on the URL Code entered.

Is Active?

Check or uncheck check box to set this affiliation mapping with the course as an active or inactive.

Save & Cancel
|
|
Click Save button to save this affiliation mapping with the course. Mapped affiliation records will be listed in the affiliation grid.
Click Cancel to cancel the creating new affiliation record.
