Single-Sign-On (SSO) Tracking Summary

Overview:

The Single-Sign-On (SSO) report shows signs on tracking detail between two dates for the selected SSO client.

	Client Name
	Enter the SSO client name for which SSO tracking information will be displayed.

	From Date
	Select or enter the start date from which tracking information will be displayed.

	To Date
	Select or enter the to date till which tracking information will be displayed.

	Search
	Click the Search button to run the report based on the filter(s) selected. The SSO tracking information will be shown.

Result Grid

Result grid lists records based on the report criteria selected. It lists below information about the learners.

• Date: The date and time on which the sign-on operation happened.

• Client Name: Name of the client from which SSO initiated.

• Status: Displays action description, URL, etc.

• Success: Displays SSO actions' success status i.e. Yes or No.

• View: Click More option to view detail information about SSO action.

	Filter
	You can further filter the searched results records by applying filter on any of the grid column headers.

	Export to Excel
	Export to Excel feature will export the information in Excel format.

View

Click view icon to view more detail about the SSO operation.

It opens an overlay window and display detail like Log Date Time, Client Name, Partial Request, Status, Request Parameter, Success, etc.
