Add Exit Course Feedback Question

Add New

The Add New option is available on Exit Course Feedback Survey question grid shown on Exit Feedback Survey configuration tab. Clicking Add New button will open below interface:

Question Type

Select appropriate question type from the drop down list. For example, Text Box, Single Selection, Multiple Selection, etc.

Control Alignment

Select the alignment option about how you want to display the question on the front-end. The question can be listed either Horizontal or Vertical.

Question Text

Enter the question text in the Text Editor control. Use appropriate formatting option of the Text Editor to apply to the question text.

Rationale

Enter the rationale text in the Text Editor control. Use appropriate formatting option of the Text Editor to apply to the rationale text.

Comment

Enter the comment about the question, if require, which provides more info. about the question to the learner.

Order

Select the order of the question you want to display in the questions list on the front-end.

Is Mandatory

Select Is Mandatory option, if the question is required to be answered by the learner.

Is Active?

Select Is Active? option, if the question is required to display on the front-end. Question won’t be shown if the Is Active? is not checked.

Answer Option Text

Enter the answer option text.

Order

Select the order of the question you want to display in the questions list on the front-end.

Correct Answer

Check Correct answer check box, if the answer option is the correct answer to the question.

Is Active?

Select Is Active? option, if the question is required to display on the front-end. Question won’t be shown if the Is Active? is not checked.

Submit

Click the Submit button to save the answer option.

Exit Course Feedback Questions Grid

Exit Course Feedback Survey Question(s) grid list follow-up survey questions. You can add new question, edit, and delete existing record.

Submit

Click Submit to save Exit Course Feedback configuration.
