Average Session Report

Overview:

Administrative user will be able to review average duration/session for LMS, course OR course education (if applicable).

This report will show LMS wide metrics as well as course specific data. If course code will be selected, there will be additional filter "Supplement Only", upon selecting that filter, data will be further drilled down to the activity specific.

Filters

Administrative user will be able to filter records by the following filters:

• Select Course: If course code will be selected data shown in this report will be specific to the course otherwise this report will show LMS wide metrics. Select or enter the course code for which session detail will be shown.

• Select User Type: Select the user type from the drop down for which general analytics summary is required to be shown.

• From Date: Select the date from which date (including) onwards users' sessions are created.

• To Date: Select the date till which date (including) users' sessions are created. If the From Date is selected but the To Date is not selected, then the system brings all sessions starting from the selected From Date.

• Supplement Only: Check the check box if the report will be shown for supplements only.

	Search
	Click the Search button to run the general analytical summary for average duration/session detail based on the filter(s) selected.

Duration Filter

Graph View: Line graph will be filtered by Months, Weeks and Days. By default, it shows Weeks view.

Administrative user will be able to see bar graph with total page views by date if "days" filter is selected. If administrative user will select "month" filter, page views will be shown by month in the graph. If administrative user will select "weeks" filter, page views will be shown by weeks of the month.

	Back to General Report
	Click Back to General Report option to go back to Web Analytics Dashboard page.

The Details section of report:

Result Grid

Result grid lists records based on the report criteria selected. It lists below information about the learners.

• Session Date: Displays the session date and time.

• Session: Displays the session ID.

• Total page views: No. of times user visited the page.

• Time Spent: Time spent on LMS system during the session.

	Save Data as Excel
	Save Data as Excel feature will export the information in Excel format.
