Exit Survey (LMS level) Summary

From Date

Select or enter the start date from which survey information should be shown.
 

To Date

Select or enter the end date till which survey information should be shown.
 

Search

Click the Search button to run the report based on the date filter(s) selected. The survey information and summary will be shown.

Export To Excel and Word

Export to Excel and Export to Word feature will export the information in Excel and Word format respectively.
 

Question Detail

This part shows each evaluation question and its options detail.

For each option, it shows the %age value of the learners who selected that option along with the count (N).

Summary

The Summary information will be shown at the bottom part of the question. It shows information like:
 

• Status: Status of the survey question.

• No. of Respondents who responded this question.
